We do not issues refunds due to change of mind.
Please be advised that due to the hygienic nature of shapewear products, we are unable to offer refunds. Our items are packaged in lingerie and waterproof bags instead of plastic, and we have consciously chosen to not include swing tags or other attachments. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on these items.
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at info@calmcurve.com.au, ensuring your order number is in the 'Subject' line, and a photograph of the item/s. We handle these enquiries on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution.
If we request you return the item/s, you will be required to pay postage (please include a copy of the postage costs).
If approved, your refund (including postage costs), will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 days (depending on the initial payment method).
