Size & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to our sizing charts for each product. 

Measure your waist and hips to find the corresponding size. 

Due to the design of each individual product, please ensure you measure correctly for each one as you may be a different size in each one. 

We have provided a flatlay measurement for each product as well, to measure your current shapewear to try to get the closest fit.

If you're between sizes, consider the level of compression you prefer: if you want a tighter fit, opt for the smaller size, and if you prefer more comfort, choose the larger size.

Currently, Freya is a smaller make than Oshun and Aphrodite, and you will find that you need to get the next size up for Freya.

Example, Medium - Oshun, Medium - Aphrodite, LARGE - Freya

Should the fit feel snug?

Yes, the fit of our shapewear should feel snug but not restrictive. It is designed to provide support and smoothness while allowing for comfortable movement. If you feel any discomfort or tightness, you may need to purchase the next size.

Will it roll down or move during the day?

We have placed a focus on anti rolling and we have incorporated discreet boning in two of our products to help prevent rolling down, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit throughout wear.

Oshun has a 3.5cm wide band to assist with anti rolling.

Can I wear it during exercise or long work hours?

Our shapewear is designed to provide comfort and support, making it suitable for both exercise and long work hours. However, it's important to ensure you choose the right size, style and absorbency level to allow for ease of movement, breathability and your expected period or incontinence flow. 

If you have specific activities in mind, we recommend testing it during a short session to assess comfort and fit.

Protection and Performance

Can it handle heavy flow or light incontinence?

Yes! Each of our Goddess products has its own absorbency level, from heavy to very light. Please check the charts to confirm which absorbency suits you.

In future releases, we will incorporate all absorbency levels in each product.

Is the zipper comfortable?

Yes! Our zippers are designed for comfort. They feature discreet material on the internal side of the shapewear to ensure that the zipper does not come into direct contact with your skin.

Additionally, Aphrodite includes a hook and eye closure to assist you in easily securing the zipper.

Does it leak when I sit, bend, or move a lot?

Our shapewear is designed to provide a secure fit and minimise the risk of leak during everyday activity, including sitting, bending or moving around. However, to ensure optimal performance, it's important to choose the right size and absorbency level for your body and your specific needs.

Can I wear it without a pad?

Yes, our shapewear has been designed with a built in absorbency pad. Each design is made to provide support and coverage on its own. However, if you prefer added protection or insulation, you may choose to wear a pad.

Please read carefully each of the absorbency levels of the inbuilt anti-leak technology to match your expected period or incontinence needs.

Fabric and Care

How often can I wear it before washing?

We recommend washing your shapewear after each use to maintain hygiene and ensure optimal performance.

How do I wash the shapewear?

To care for your shapewear, wash it using your Calm Curve lingerie wash bag on a gentle cycle. For best results, we recommend handwashing to remove any urine or blood before placing it in the washing machine.

Please avoid ironing or using a dryer, instead, hang the shapewear inside out on a line to dry.

Can I put it in the dryer?

Please avoid placing the shapewear in the dryer. For best results, hang the shapewear inside out on a line to dry.

Does the fabric cause irritation?

No, the fabric should not cause irritation. The combinations in each product should not cause irritation. The products with zippers also have fabric to stop the zipper coming into contact with the skin, and our anti-leak layer has been manufactured to assist with sensitive skin.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping Australia wide.

How long does shipping take?

We will process your orders within 2 business days. Parcels are dispatched from Sydney and will be sent via standard shipping unless Express shipping is purchased.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, you can request express shipping at checkout for an extra shipping cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number for all orders (standard or express shipping)
