Hello, I'm Angela, Founder of Calm Curve. As an introduction, for most of my professional life I have worked in Finance and Banking. This was a very big step outside my comfort zone to design and launch Calm Curve! My Calm Curve journey began as I navigated the transformative phases of perimenopause and menopause, facing challenges like heavy period bleeding, weight gain, stomach bloating, and those small yet impactful moments of light incontinence triggered by unexpected sneezes or just laughing a little too hard. In a professional or social environment, these were large challenges that often left me feeling embarrassed, unmotivated, and sometimes unwilling to leave the house.

Determined to reclaim my confidence, I set out to find anti-leak underwear and shapewear that truly resonated with my needs. However, I struggled to find garments that empowered me to step out into the world—whether it be attending important functions or simply commuting to work—without worry.

From the small seed of an idea to address my own struggles, I engaged in enlightening conversations with many other women who shared similar experiences. I was surprised at the challenges many of us face and was grateful for everyone who shared their private journey and concerns with me. Through this collective wisdom and resilience, I am thrilled to announce that we are launching two of my flagship products in the Goddess Range - Freya and Aphrodite.
